Dorothy Lindy may be right. My dose was creeping up over a year or 2 and I was getting worse, in actual fact I was so ill I felt sure I wasn't long for this world, the consultant plus PD specialist nurse were at odds over me it was a hopeless nightmare, not to mention for my wife and children (reminding myself of that season makes me cry even now) I was so ill physically and got myself into a mental state of fear and panic that a Duodopa specialist nurse made 2 home visits to talk with me. He proposed a reduction plan over a period of months which I wasn't in the slightest convinced about . Net result ...........
I reluctantly did as he said, I can still hear him saying JUST TRY IT ! and he was right I've been better over the last 3 years than I have for ages 😁😁😁😁 That said and done it can seem like a pilgrimage adjusting medication . I can only say for me it has been worth the effort (of my family !!)

I too am worse with increase from 4 a day.. Stiffness and pain unbearable. I would like to wean totally off, but the fear is there.

That is a high dosage most are 25/100

I don't know if it will help any,but when I "freeze" I act like I'm kicking a can. I usually don't freeze if I'm walking in wide open spaces, but throw some people in to the mix and I'll freeze. (No black friday shopping for me) When I get wiggley at home I will ride my exercise bike until I feel that I have stopped wiggling. If I'm at work I go on a wiggle walk.(the plant I work at is about 1/2 the size of a football field)My co-workers know I have PD and if they are waiting for parts they will walk with me.

Very interested in the answers you get. Sounds to me like you are on to much.
