Having PD is enough to make anyone depressed and.anxious. Talk with your doctor about possible anti-anxiety and anti-depressant meds that may be added to your meds if it will help. Good luck!

Sometimes I don’t know the difference from extreme fatigue or my anxiety. Can anyone relate?

I am on an anti-anxiety medication. I take buspar for anxiety. It helps.
