Has Anyone Tried Medical Marihuana To Help You Sleep.

I had trouble sleeping soon after i was diagnosed in June 2020. I started taking 3 Sinemet per day. (8,3,and 8) This definitely helped with my symptoms but I had restless legs, contractions in arms and legs at night. My neurologist had me try several different ways to help me stay asleep. I tried adding one Pramipexole (.125 mg) at bedtime but it didn't help. Finally I went to the movement disorder clinic at John Hopkins and they put me on a higher dose (.25) That definitely helped but I didn't like taking four pills per day and I really didn't want to keep taking the Pramipexole because of possible side effects. I experimented with different combinations. Right now I am taking one gummy at bedtime with cbd/thc 2:1. I am also using a cbd ointment on my legs. It's working. I sleep 7 hours each night (sometimes 8). My goal is to stop the Pramipexole and rely on the gummies and ointment to help me sleep. I would keep taking the carbidopa/levodopa three times a day (8,2 and 8) and use the cannabinoids at night.
I forgot to mention that stretches and massage help as well.
