Do Any Of You Feel Fatigued All The Time?
Regardless of sleeping for 7 hours I feel fatigued most of the time. Any suggestions?
Take a look at the vitamin B1 protocol for Parkinson’s. There is a Facebook group (Parkinson’s B1 Therapy) that is very helpful. I’ve been taking high dose B1 since I was diagnosed & there is a notable difference in energy levels when I don’t take it.

Thanks Robin for telling me about the B1 Therapy. I have been on the mag theonate and B complex for about 2 weeks so I plan on starting the B1 this week. Hope it works!
Thanks, I take B1 and D but have to admit, I don't take it all the time. I think I will start to be a little more serious about it and maybe up my dosage. Thanks again!
Asked my doctor yesterday, he said the Magnesium Malate and the B1 Complex are the best things for low energy and fatigue, if you have Parkinsons. He said, "The Malac acid, said, will help with the problem of low absorption due to the low dopamine in the brain and blood vessels!😀🤩 I love Dr. Christopher Thompson of the University of Utah Neurological Center!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
