NO ONE and I mean no one is looking into the fact that melatonin might be involved in the process of dopamine cells bringing involved in the production of new nerve cells! All they want to do is talk about sleep and pigmentation. I just read an article about two scientists who are working on the problem of neuron reproduction. There results are very positive. These so called scientists should be working on Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s. Pardon my French but they share all jerking each other off! Not one for them wants to get involved in real research. They just want to talk about sleep and hair color. No one has the courage to do something good. Oh, have HOPE! There are scientists who are working on the problem and have produced some positive results. It might take (5-7 years) that’s because the FDA is useless, that you will be shocked. Oh maybe faster if they use AI!

Melanin is responsible for pigmentation in skin, hair, and eyes. Humans also have melanin in their brains. This is called “Nueromelanin”.

During the aging process this is lost in humans, and this is the basis of the DATScan.
