I take “Hylands Leg Cramps”. It’s all natural and very cheap. They sell it at Walmart..

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I’ve had leg and other muscles cramping up on me since I was a child and get them almost every day and night I used to take quinine but doctors aren’t allowed to prescribe it for muscle cramps anymore. Last week I saw my PD specialist and was told to try taking magnesium once a day. I finally started taking it two days ago and can’t believe how much less cramping I had last night and today!!! Fingers crossed this is the answer. Joni

Magnesium Glycinate is good cause it helps with sleep as well and a lot of us have sleep issues as its a well documented condition for those with PD. Just watch the dosage as too much Magnesium can cause serious diarrhea.
