Yes, fatigue is common. However, continue to push yourself to exercise. Typically you feel better than average the next day.

Fatigue and apathy are common and I have found that even moderate exercise helps. I take a couple of supplements that seem to give me more energy. NAC 600 mg twice a day and essential amino acids before I work out. I sometimes have to take a day off because fatigue and or pain in my hips
