My neurologist indicated I am dealing with Parkinson's after initial checkup about three months ago but so far do not, thank god, experience any symptoms that would indicate the diagnosis is correct.

What made the doctor think you have Parkinson's if you have no symptoms?

My husband had tremors for a few years before his diagnosis and was definitely slowing down when walking. He started feeling uncertain about his balance as well. It wasn't until he started to hunch over, festinate and fall that we put the pieces together and realized he had Parkinson's.

For many, vivid dreams are the first sign, years before diagnosis. Lack of smell is another early sign. My husband had neither of those.
