Stretching Out My Neck To Swallow Pills?
Is there a reason that it helps me get my pills down, if i tip my head to the side and turn my head while I swallow. If I don't, they get stuck in my throat.
My wife says that I look like a snake trying to swallow a mouse.
At least I can still make her laugh.

Since I made this original post, I've had a swallow test and found out that there is a pouch, or pocket in my throat where the pills get hung up. I still like The idea of swallowing pills with pudding.

Teresa I love the idea of taking pills with pudding. (I love pudding, especially chocolate. Since i take pills 4 times a day, I need to buy more pudding)😋

Thank you @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member for all your prayers for this community. I will be praying in a few hours time in our little chapel for everyone. It is so convenient to have a place of worship almost on my doorstep now. It is still dark now (4.45am) and gets light at 7.30 am.

The most important thing is to tuck your chin to your chest at the moment of swallowing. This keeps the windpipe closed. TeresaBaker2's advice to see a speech therapist is excellent
I say if it works do it! Whatever it takes to swallow safely. 👍🏽
