Has Anyone Else Noticed A Difference In Their Medication From Different Manufacturers?
I got carbidopa levedopa er that was a different color. It was from a different manufacturer and I noticed that it isn’t working as well.
Drug companies are evil. If you have something that works, insist that they give you that one, and only that one.
I was at a support group one time and a women told a story about getting red pills instead of her normal white ones. She ended up in the ER with a terrible reaction. She nearly died. She was allergic to something in the dye. I haven’t taken a red pill since.
Yes. Sometimes it matters, sometimes it doesn’t.
I have a prescription for meds that has the brand name on it pharmacy’s try giving me cheaper options I just don’t accept it! I have been told only generic available so I asked for the prescription back and I said I would get meds elsewhere well unbelievably they can get me the right medication in an hour 🙏🏼😱
Not at all
Ask your pharmacy to only give you a certain brand of C/L and put it in the notes of your file. Or you could get your doctor to write scripts for just name brand C/L. Your insurance company will gripe about it and try to get you to take generic, but if you push back and tell them this is what your doctor wants insurance usually back off.
