Amantadine is a medication that is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, influenza A, and other similar conditions. It is also used to control movement problems that are a side effect of certain medications used to treat Parkinson's disease.

Amantadine is in a class of medications called adamantanes. It works by blocking the action of a virus called influenza A. It also works by increasing the levels of dopamine in the brain, which can help to improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease.

Amantadine is available in both immediate-release and extended-release forms. The immediate-release form is taken by mouth once or twice a day. The extended-release form is taken once a day.

Internal tremor, also known as internal vibrations, is a feeling of shakiness or vibration inside the body. It is often described as a feeling of "butterflies" in the stomach, or a feeling of "electricity" running through the body. Internal tremors can be caused by a variety of factors, including:

Anxiety
Stress
Fatigue
Medications
Medical conditions, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and essential tremor
In most cases, internal tremors are harmless. However, if they are severe or accompanied by other symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or chest pain, it is important to see a doctor to rule out a serious medical condition.

There is no one-size-fits-all treatment for internal tremors. The best treatment will vary depending on the underlying cause. For example, if internal tremors are caused by anxiety, stress, or fatigue, lifestyle changes, such as exercise, relaxation techniques, and getting enough sleep, may be helpful. If internal tremors are caused by a medical condition, such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis, medication may be necessary.

If you are experiencing internal tremors, it is important to talk to your doctor to determine the best course of treatment.
