Is There A Diet That Will Reduce Parkinsons Symptoms ?

Yes I was told last week that I need to lose weight a lot of weight. I lost 50 lb when I first got sick and then when I was diagnosed and came home from rehab I gained the 50 back then some. So started today. And they did say the Mediterranean diet was the best. I also have the beginnings of a wet or moist glaucoma and they also say Mediterranean diet for the eyes. So I guess that's just a good way to eat for everything Hope this helps.

Yes. Strict keto (really low carb with just a little fish and chicken) has kept the worst of my physical and mental symptoms at bay for a decade now. Still unmedicated for the movement disorder symptoms, except for memory decline has become much worse in the last 9 months.

I think diets that help reduce inflammation in the body are helpful examples would be Mediterranean or the Mind diet , goggle and you will find lots of information😀
