My hubby has anxiety and panic attacks when his tremors start. He’s takes Clonazepam at night to help him relax - sometimes it works and others not so much.

Sometimes neurotin/gabapentin is used for people with PD. The neurologist will make the best judgement call on that.

Parkinson’s can affect every system in your body, including your nervous system. Regardless of the cause of your symptoms, you need to treat the symptoms. Talk to your neurologist about getting medication for your nerves.

I also am very anxious these days Tina. It might help to speak to your doctor about this.
Hugs and prayers that you find a solution,
Terry
