Hard to pinpoint. You can’t ignore that some people are going to get ill regardless. Does the timing matter? I had a shingles vaccine and a neurological disorder followed. I had 2 Moderna and now I see a cardiovascular just a month later. My sister-in-law died last year from Covid. Was it Covid or the vaccine? How many died reacting to the vaccines?
