Good morning! I hope that you begin your day with joy. I am learning when I begin each day with a joyful intention that it is easier to be mindful of joy throughout the day.

Me too 😊I find joy each morning when I get out of bed and feel blessed that I I’ve been given a new unblemished day. It’s my favorite part of the day. I sit in the quiet with a cup of coffee and 2 sleeping dogs. It’s a time for meditation, prayer and thankfulness. Thank you for making me smile and I hope you have a wonderful day.
Blessings

So true, Dale. When I awaken in the wee hours of the morning, I often look out my windows and look at the stars and the moon. I watch the clouds drift across the moon and find comfort in the vast beauty. In the morning when take my dogs out, I look up and see the beauty in the clouds and sun. I give thanks to God for giving me another day and make it the best I can. Even when I'm in discomfort, I try to steer around it and take time to rest. Not perfect by helpful. God Bless
