Atherstone, UK

I have dystonia in my left foot. My foot twists in and over quite painfully at times. Has anyone found medication or a treatment that works?

When I sit l do heel toe & toe exercises. Good luck 🥰

Thanks for that Sherrie. Good to hear that they worked for you 🥰 Only last week my Neurologist agreed to refer me for those injections. So 🤞 I don’t have to wait too long!
