Hi! There is a great support group and caregiver group in Stark County. There are exercise classes every day of the week as well. Monday at Lake Y, Wednesday at North Canton Y, Friday at Louisville Y. All are at 1 PM. There is one at the Jackson Y I think, but I am not sure about that one. I think it is Wednesdays. There is also a woman who does PD classes at Barrow Fit on Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30. That is located across from Van's camera on Whipple, next to The Great Escape. There is also Rock Steady Boxing on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon, I think. You can look on their website, Rock Steady Boxing Canton. It is on Dueber SW. I hope that is helpful. Exercise is great! I know it really helps my husband.

Hi Johnny,
There is a Stark County Support Group. We will not meet again until March but I can put you on the list for information if you would like. There are free Parkinson's classes at the local Y's. Monday at Lake Y in Hartville, Wednesday at North Canton Y, and Friday at Louisville Y, all at 1:00. There is also Rock Steady in Canton on Dueber and Rock Steady at Barrow Fit on Whipple, next to Great Escapes. She also does Parkinson's classes at different times. Her name is Tina Hockinsmith. You can look those classes up on line. I think there may be a class at the Jackson Y as well.

Hi Johnny, I do know Silver Sneakers classes are on-line free to anyone on Medicare and has a huge selection of classes. They also offer in person classes. I think you can find the locations on line as well. Good luck, Maria
