Same problem--I've been going to an kinesthesiologist and he's helped tremendously. My overall posture has improved and my back no longer hurts. My range of motion has expanded but under stress ,I revert back to old habits. Currently I added yoga to my exercise routine.
My husband says it is because his back hurts. He has disc problems and a lot of arthritis. His back muscles are also weak because he sits so much. When he does back exercises, he hunches less, but he is very inconsistent.
I believe it is a lack of usage of those muscles. My physical therapist stresses move, move.moving each day.. Look up PD warriors for exercises or BIG exercises.
