I have a lot of hair but, to keep it I take a hair/ nails pill πŸ’Š every day. And it works great πŸ‘πŸΌ.

I take Hair skin and nail pills and Biotine. My hair and skin are good, but my nails are still terrible.

Wait! I didn’t put the two together. I have lost so much hair I look like Queen Elizabeth I. So far I have only been taking Biotin - my GP suggested. Now I am going to do more research on this. Post more if you are discover anything, please.
