Right combination of drugs. Talk to your Dr. and keep changing until he/she gets it right. There are a lot out there and they all work differently together. Find the combination that is right for you. I had that problem too.

Here are some insights related to dizziness, fatigue, and weak legs in the context of Parkinson's disease:

Dizziness
- Medications: Dizziness can be a side effect of medications like amantadine or carbidopa/levodopa. One member mentioned, “I’m dizzy. Sometimes it lasts a few hours, and sometimes it lasts for days.”
- Postural Changes: Dizziness can occur when getting up from sitting or lying down. A member shared, “When I get up to stand, the dizzy spells happen. I have to stand still and hold on to something for a few minutes before they go away.”

Fatigue
- Prevalence: Fatigue affects at least 50 percent of those with Parkinson’s. It can be both physical and mental, making it hard to move or concentrate.
- Impact: Fatigue can make daily activities challenging. One member noted, “After noon, about all I can do is sit in the recliner or lie in the bed and sleep for a couple of hours.”
- Medication Adjustment: Adjusting medications might help manage fatigue. For example, one member mentioned that increasing their dose of ropinirole worsened their fatigue.

Weak Legs
- Balance Issues: Weak legs can contribute to balance problems, increasing the risk of falls. Exercise programs can help improve balance and gait.
- Fatigue: Physical exhaustion from fatigue can make legs feel weak, making it difficult to perform activities like walking or even standing.

Tips for Management
- Exercise: Regular physical activity can improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.
- Medication Review: Consult with a doctor to review medications that might be causing dizziness or fatigue.
- Home Safety: Ensure the home environment is adapted to reduce fall risks, such as keeping furniture in familiar places.
