Dizziness & Severe Nausea
i have been having a terrible time with dizziness and nausea. Can this be a result of my Levadopa. I've read some read some articlas of arificial dopamean causing these sypmptoms. My Dr.increased my Levedopa and ever since I've been very dizzy with nausea
Help if you can. Please........
Yes it can be a side affect of the meds. I still have an occasional bout with the nausea.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I take Senimet and after I have eaten I have severe nausea & dizziness. I've been taking it since 2017 also, but the symptoms just got worse in the past 3-4 months. That's when my Dr. increased my Levadopa. I also take Ondansetron 4mg, PRN, But it doesn't last more than 1-2 hours so I'm nauseaus most of the day. That along with the dizziness is making me very depressed. I also take Meclizine 25mg with 1/2 mg Xanax for the dizziness. Sometimes it works. I wish you the best.
This drug has very interesting effects for multiple symptoms if Parkinsonās I am currently having. I will check with my neurologist. Thanks.
I have had severe nausea after taking my Rytery occasionally. It happens different times of the day and I could have just eaten or getting ready to eat. The only thing that helps me is 4mg of Ondansetron, PRN, with a limit of 3 a day. I have taken leva dopa /carba-dopa since my dx in 2017. I thought I would eventually go away But it has notš
I use Rytary and originally was taking 1 carbidopa 25 and was getting nauseous and stomach pain she increased it to 2 carbidopa and pain and nausea stopped. Hope this helps.
