If for some reason you are in a situation where you can not answer, it tells emergency personnel that you have a condition that they should be aware of.

Hi, I have a neck chain with a dogtag with my DBS and Pacemaker as well as all my allergies engraved, I also have Card in my wallet for Airports Access and other Security purposes.

Not only do I have one but several. All but one has interchangeable tag with list of allergies and several medical conditions I have. It al has my name and emergency contact. Some are water proof others are not. I wear whichever one suits my mood or activity. Sometimes it’s the little things that get thru the day.

I carry a card in my wallet and do have a bracelet that says I have PD and to look for a card in my wallet. Got the bracelet from Parkinson's Foundation.
