Exercise, exercise and more movement. Once diagnosed my job became just that. That was 10 years ago. It gives you something to look forward each day. Boxing is my favorite and it's called Roc City Boxing and is specifically targets Parkinson. There are chapters nationally. Check it out. Also, something called a speed bag which helps with balance, timing and coordination. I walk every day. You have to push yourself no one can do it for you. these activities won't cure you but can have a positive on your outlook an attitude. Lastly, spinning rowing, jump rope. Pick out one and start, today......
