Can it be one or both
Difficulty remembering navigating internet and this site confused thaughts knowing what I want to do but can't produce after anxiety takes over maybe ADHD not diagnosed or learning disabilities

Ask your neurologist for a neuropsychological test. It shows if you have memory loss or other cognitive issues. I'm taking galantamine for mild cognitive decline.

I’m not sure. Sounds like something you need to talk to your Parkinson’s doctor about. Could be related to that. Sounds like you have a lot of anxiety. Talk to the doc.
