I found that a Facebook page [Service Dogs for Invisible Disabilities] helps me.

I use a German Shepherd. She is can tell if I am going to lose my balance. She was from a rescue that we had been fostering for. When we would go on walks she will cut in front of me before I experience my loss of balance she could somehow tell. So we decided to try and train her with the help of a professional dog trainer. She also will brace by standing very still and allowing me to push on her to stand back up and will also pick thing up for me. She was not trained when we noticed she could tell when I was going to lose my balance. She is not perfect, as is vocal when excited. But I took to training so I could have a early warning before having issues. She is a working GSD and has loads of energy in my case is good she can keep up to my schedule. She was becoming protective of me so our trainer had me going to the local Fire department when they had training to get her to trust the paramedics as they would use me as a test dumming in fromt of her. Now she know they are there to help me.
