My internal temperature has been out if whack for the last 3 years at least. I can be freezing to the point I can literally be shivering visibly but if I decide to start moving to warm myself, I break out in a sweat, take my sweater off and then turn the fan on.. Extremes in which I feel like I am going through the onset of menopause all over again. Wasn't going through it the first time enough?? Lol!
