My husband gets this in the creases in his face. He has a medicine he is supposed to use. I don't think it's related to his PD, but don't know. He has a beard and it looks like he has bad dandruff when he wears dark clothes. When it gets bad, a week or two of the medicine seems to clear it up. He's out, so I can't look it up, but the dermatologist prescribed it.

I do not have Parkinson but I had that scalp problem. Denorex works wonderful!! I used this Shampoo 3 times and it has cleared my problem completely. I heard warm weather can bring this back so I will see this summer. You can get this pretty much any store. Warning it smells and looks horrible. Lol
