Inside Shakes
I sometimes feel like I have uncontrollable shakes but not so much visual to others but on inside they are on & off, totally I am the only one aware I'm having them and very disturbing. Like having a nightmare while I'm awake. Is it just me this is new just started about a month ago. Is this part of my PD? Anyone else experience anything like this?

Many neurologists "poo-poo" internal tremors! I was at a PD conference in Syracuse, NY and a Doctor giving a talk acknowledged internal tremors, as well as the nauseation during off times.
I almost ran up to him and gave him a big hug and kiss. My neurologist was a "poo-poo"er!!!
I get that feeling mostly when I am agitated or fatigued. Sometimes the internal shaking is so hard, I’d think others would feel it when hugging me—but they don’t. I try to relax, do a lot of deep breathing.
Sometimes it lasts all day. Sometimes it goes away after awhile. I'm not anxious about anything but happens if I'm really tired. Hope your husband feels better
My husband gets these feelings. He says it's awful.
my aunt also has internal tremors and is just having an awful time trying to deal with. so far nothing much helps.
