Hypomagnesemia low levels of magnesium is a condition present in Parkinson.Magnesium is important for muscle activity ,heart activity. Unfortunately is not a routine screening test.I have a condition evaluated by nephrologist that I can not keep my magnesium levels stable ,so I use 400- 500mg of magnesium P.O. daily. The magnesium help with fatigue, constipation. My recommendation if possible check you magnesium levels..

Magnesium powder diluted in water has really helped me with insomnia and constipation. This was recommended to me by my chemist.
