Has Anyone Heard Of The New Breakthrough Regarding Calcium And Parkinsons?

Just heard it on the news that scientists discover that excessive calcium levels in the brain are behind Parkinsons condition and that calcium blockers could treat the disorder. Just wondering if anyone out there knows anything regarding this. Just heard it on the news yesterday. Bean

I have been on a Calcium Channel Blocker for years and different doses and I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in March 2016. So that is my experience. But, I can only speak for myself.

I did not hear it. But you need calcium for your bones. I would be afraid your bones would start breaking.

No I have not heard of that will check into that. How are you doing? It is 7:15 am here in Georgia just took my first Carbidopa /Lev medication getting ready to read my Bible.
