I've I been taking Carbidopa levodopa for over a year. My Dr upped my doses and I started to get very bad hot flashes . She lowered it and I feel better ,flashes stopped .Maybe your medication?

the meds give me an odor in my crotch area and I find I need to shower daily. I use Gold Bond crème for my dry skin after I shower. I suffer from diabetes as well and keeping my skin in decent shape is helped by that too. A hint: don't take too hot showers. They can actually damage one's skin. A nurse told me that and I think she was right.

I have excessive seating. Haven’t found any solution. Will ask neurologist and neurosurgeon who did my dbs.

I sweat like mad at times. For no reason it just runs down my face,, since my husband has been on blood thinnning drugs he’s the one complaining of feeling the cold. Now I tell him to put another layer on!
