@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member. How's your day going?
Make sure that the hair follicles are not clogged. Do that by washing your hair twice...first time with apple cider vinegar. The second wash as usual. Massage your scalp the first wash with shampoo and vinegar mixture. After you rinse throughly, towel dry. If you have oily hair don't put anything else on it. but, if you have dry hair, put 10 drops of coconut oil in your hands and then lightly place all around your hair and scalp. Then massage it in. Ten drops maybe will make your hair too oily. Just make sure that you massage your hair and scalp well. Did you know that coconut oil actually inhibits and rids your hair of bacteria? I use it to brush my teeth.
Let me know how that works for you. Sterling
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member Yes, I have noticed my husband's hair has gotten coarse and he has a hard time to get it to stay in place. I use BB Cream and that helps a lot to make it not so frizzy and coarse. I usually end up combing it for him but he doesn't seem to mind the personal touch. Ha! Ha!
No I haven't noticed as my hair was shaved for my recent DBS surgery
