Is anyone attending the World Parkinson Conference? This September 20-23 it will be in Portland Oregon. Excellent conference, classes, round table talks, the best place to learn about PD. We are so lucky to have it in America. Gerri
Go to the web site, WPC.org. Look at the workshops. This is a once in a life time opportunity, if you can't attend all, go for a day. Gerri
It hasn't been easy for me. my first two claims were denied even with the diagnosis of Parkinson's. I had to hire an attorney to help me with the third claim I still have not heard since our court date in mid May 2016 according to my attorney this is not uncommon But it is very frustrating having three young children and having to live off my savings. I don't know how much longer I can wait.
Thank you for the info. I live on Vancouver island therefore not too far from Portland. I will try to attend.
