Another lady said Cymbalta works on all 3 neurotransmitters and Celexa works at higher dose for 1 month . Begin new one next day after stopping Paxil. My neuro tells me he has to wean me off Paxil. Ive been taking it for 22 yrs. Not helping any more. A lot of emotional breakdowns. He put me on Buspar 3 x day and I take zanex 3x day prn. Any info would help. Thanks so much.

I've been using Buspar (15mg) for over 3 decades with excellent results... I take 1 tab - 3/day
It works so well to keep my anxiety in check.... I know when I am low on Buspar because just about everything makes me cry..... Alan

I seem to have aI lot of symptoms in common with you. I had never had depression until PD. I was on Zoloft for about two years until 6 months ago when my Dr switched me to Cymbalta. It has really helped my mood but now I'm starting to have severe anxiety. I was started on buspar a week ago but my anxiety seems worse. Have you noticed any side effects?
I'm praying you find the right meds to help you enjoy life again. I recommend asking about Cymbalta.
And I agree with everything @ Flamingo said. (the nurse in me too)
Please let us know how you are.
