Why Does Parkinson's Hurt? Stan And Sometimes Pain , Is It The Parkinson's??? It Seems That Others Here Also Have Pain. Than K

Do others experience almost constant aches and occasional pain? Especially on my back. My physical therapist identified it as muscular so I have exercises. Is it the Parkinson's? What do others do for the achines. Thanks in advance for your sharing.

There is no Protocol having PD. Every case is different & has it own problems. No Doc. or Hospital treat PD Patient the same way. Your Doc. can only give you the best advise on the information you give him, if your PD is in the beginning or advance stage ect. We can only give advice on PD on problems we experience.

I have heard of a case where this person had PD and he even know that. He was shaking so bad of the PD that his Doc had to tel him he must stop drinking because he has PD. Go to your Doc. he can give you the best advice on your PD. Thank's to every one for there advice, and don't stop we do appreciated it.

NB: I'm sorry if I offended anyone.

I take azilect but I'm not sure it does anything. Doc increased my amantadine and sinemet. I take 50/200 4 times a day. I'm to the point now that increasing dosage isn't very effective. The muscle cramps are almost constant now. Hope ur doc finds a good med for you

I have no medical issues other than PD so every time I develop another symptom I assume it is PD related. I was having severe pain in my neck for over a year. I used heat, neck support, anything to help with the pain. I then started having pain in my hip so I finally went to my MD and told her this pain is different than the pain I have with muscle cramps so she took an xray. Turns out I have inflamation/ arthritis. I started taking a med called Meloxicam. Within a week not only was the pain in my hip gone but the pain in my neck was gone also. It was literaly life changing. The med makes me irritable so all my friends/family/coworkers let me know if I get too cranky. I no longer assume every symptom is PD related

Tightness in shoulders and neck and around the intercostal muscles. If I get off my immediate release med schedule I can expect some misery in relation to my PD.
