I had to back off full regime due to withdrawal from carbadopa caused too much freezing and weakness. I couldn't handle him alone-- but we are still on the vitamins and amino acids--just not the Macuna. It generally takes about 3-6 months to see a difference so we will see.

i have been on this protocol since end of october 206. it is expensive and frustrating trying to find right dosages. i have yet to see a reduction in symptoms, who knows, maybe i would be worse... supplements must be order through a dr. that is familiar with protocol. i take mucuna powder 3x day, neuroplete 3x day, cysreplete 2x day.

Hi, I'm on 25mg of Carbilev once a day as apposed to the 125mg (5x25) I am supposed to be taking. Instead of the Carbilev i am replacing it with an equivalent amount of Weed and after three months, I must say that I don't have a problem with the shakes any more. .
