Golden Rule is treating others as you would have them treat you

My saying is something I picked up from my medical team... "If you've seen one Person with Parkinson's, then you've seen ONE person with Parkinson's". (Instead of "you've seen them all). It just helps me to remember how unique this disease is. It also helps communicate to others that just because your grampa might have had it, you still may know very little about what others go through while having their own battle.
