A good day for me is getting up going to balance class and Rock Steady Boxing. I see my wife and daughters and grandkids Grandson is almost 3 and he is awesome.

A good day is seeing my husband and son who are my caregivers and being able to thank them for all they do and express my gratitude and love. It’s chatting or texting a friend. It’s watching the birds and butterflies outside my window. It is being grateful for all that I have been blessed with throughout my life. There is always something to be grateful for..
