I seem to feel very dizzy for days at a time and then it's gone but without fail it is back

I suffer the same, the other day it was particularly hot and I thought I'm so dizzy, my head is spinning like a whirlpool it never ends and then the next day it's not so bad ? I just hope Tommy Roe will be better than today was 😁

Some of my meds do that. Yesterday my BP was low. I was really dizzy most the day.
