Dear Idahored, I am having a tough time with sciatica and severe arthritis pain in my back. Last week, I had an appointment with a Pain Management Center. Now am taking Tylenol #3 and a muscle relaxer. Working pretty good until my next dose is 1 to 2 hours away. Then the I am not able to walk without Clay's support.
