Good morning to you Melissa. We certainly pay for over exuberance. The trick is in learning to pace yourself and there in lies the difficulty because when you feel able you do it. (not you necessarily, I mean one) I really struggle with that, I'm also struggling to come up with a situation where 'good day' and 'housework' could live peacefully side by side in the same sentence .......... I will assume that's a typo ! πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

Absolutely ! I’ve always been β€œon a roll β€œ to get as much done on a good day and pay for it in bed from 1-3 days. Totally exhausted. Caffeine, food , nor bed rest helps. I just sleep it off and don’t beat myself up over it. I was never a procrastinator nor lazy. For the last yr I no longer have good days ! But seldomly a few hrs. I no longer cook, clean or do yard work. Like an old car I need a complete overhaul. Meds don’t help either.
