Light Headed
Do you ever go through the day light headed/dizzy and find it hard to get your eyes to focus when reading etc...?
I get lightheaded so much that I've started wearing a lampshade.
Yes but that's all you're getting. ๐๐๐๐๐๐
Yes I do. It also happens as the
day wears on.
Yes, I started suffering light headedness, dizzy spells, vertigo, light and motion senitive spells, etc..
This is becoming more of an issue everyday. Sometimes the episodes can happen one time a day and last about five seconds. Sometimes it can be be back to back episode's lasting for two day's and disappear just as quickly as they began.
It can make driving, walking, and just moving around feel like I'mon a amusement park ride.
Mine is orthostatic hypotension combined with Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or BPPV.
I take blood pressure pills and diphenhydramine. I also take vitamin D3 and try to stay hydrated.
My Parkinsonโs keeps me in a constant state of dehydration due to swallowing issues. I can literally go for days drinking nothing but a sip of water with my pills. I don't drink coffee, soda, or alcoholic beverages beyond a glass of wine or maybe one beer with a meal maybe once a month.
I know I need to drink more liquid, but I just don't do it.
Yes count me in, I do the same, it's like re living my youth all over again. ๐๐
