Looking For Recommendations For SSDI Attorney
Hi,
I am looking for an attorney, ideally in CA/Bay Area for my mother. She was diagnosed with Parkinson's 3.5 years ago and now also has a meningioma (which unfortunately is not the cause of her Parkinson's systems). Thank you for any help.
If she is looking to get on disability or has tried and been denied, go to Allsup.com. All they do is SSDI claims and they get approvalls for people on the first request 50% more than you trying to do it yourself. They were recommended to me by a friend and they got me approved in 4.5 months. When you go to their website ( Allsup.com) you fill out their questionnaire and they tell you immediately if you’re a candidate for their company to represent. If you are, most everything is done by email, they’re maybe an occasional phone call, but they deal with the SSDI, not you, they request all your medical in straight from your doctor. Basically, you don’t have to hardly anything and they can only charge you up to the cap whichSSDI HAS created. I think I paid $600 for everything. If the select to represent you you will get a login for your account where you can see all the progress and if you have questions or concerns you can email or call them direct. They are all very nice.
Thank you so much for your answer.
