Seems to be with me...tops of thighs constantly "tingling", cramp in right calf and dystonia/cramp that affects left shin, ankle and the toes if my left foot.

I hope so. I've only been having this for a few months (but been diagnosed since 2015). I see mention of possible therapies on here (Clonazepam, quinine) but for whatever reason my specialist hasn't provided them as an option.

There are also more extreme options like Botox injections and DBS...I'm hoping I'm not there yet...

Yes it affects my left side. Top of thighs and foot
